CNC Machining and Fabrication Solutions

We provide CNC Production machining services to accommodate your needs, from large batch productions to prototype work for a wide range of materials (both metal & plastic).

CNC machining picks up where laser cutting stops

CNC machining refers to cutting material with a computer numerical control machine to produce parts intended for use in production or prototyping. It offers different processes, which are milling and turning. The milling process rotates a cutting tool on the machine that removes chips from the material when brought into contact.

On the other hand, the turning process cuts the shape by spinning metal parts. It is most suited for creating cylindrical parts, with the most common example being a shaft. The cutting tool can move along the side of the part as well as to and from. The turning can perform many operations like turning, boring, and threading.

Whether you are looking to produce parts with high accuracy in a relatively short time for prototyping or need a full-scale production, we are able to meet & address your specific needs.

The CNC machining process can create items like pens, tyre rims, ventilators, lamps, curtain rods, airplane engine parts, and thousands of other things. The technology enables engineers to provide ease and speed in producing metal, wood, and plastic parts in an efficient and economical way that is more precise in comparison to other production methods.

CNC machining is suitable for various industries, particularly the automobile, healthcare,  transportation, retail product development, and defense industries, which benefit from the speed and precision of this manufacturing method. Parts made by the CNC machining process are, at times, intricate and very delicate, and in other cases, they are essential and flexible or robust and solid.

CNC machining offers several valuable benefits; notably, it can produce metal and plastic parts with very tight tolerances. The technology can handle low and high-volume machining, providing the flexibility to offer everything from a rapid prototyping service based on customer concept models to manufacturing services that can yield large runs of field-ready products.
